Questions

Online ordering

THE Best type of ordering available as you can do it any time of day or night…and even in your pj’s!!   Just click on the items that you would like and they will be put in your shopping cart.  Once you are done shopping, you can click Check Out, review your order and fill in the pertinent information; your name, shipping address, phone number, email and so on.  There is also a comments section for you to leave me a message and a place for coupon codes.  Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Phone Ordering

You can call 1 (306) 955-3444 to place your order.  Please note that customer call hours are Central Time Zone daily from 10am to 7pm.   If I am unavailable, please leave your name, phone number including area code on my personal voice mail and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Emails

You can also email me your order.  I will email you back with a total price and send you a PayPal invoice or you can also mail a cheque or phone me with your credit card info.   Please do not email credit card information.

Mail Orders

Orders can be mailed in.  To help with your order, click here to download and print out an order form.  Please call me for help with shipping prices and tax if applicable to make sure your total is correct.

Payments

I accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Money Order and Cheque.  Please allow an extra 7-10 days for processing if paying by personal cheque.  Credit Cards are not charged at the same time your order is placed.  Your credit card information is captured in our secure shopping system for processing when your order is ready to ship.  Your credit card is charged for only those items that are being sent to you.  If an item happens to be out of stock, you will receive an email about it, and you can decide if you would like the other items you ordered to be sent out, if you would like to wait until that item comes in or if you prefer to re-order at a later date.

All charges are in Canadian dollars.  The exchange rate is determined by & will appear on your credit card statement.

Taxes are charged accordingly to the different provinces.  Tax is not charged to US or other international orders.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2-7 business days of placing the order.
All parcels are shipped Canada Post expedited service.  Faster shipping options are available upon request.
Occasionally shipping price estimates are incorrect and will need to be adjusted.  You will be contacted if this is the case.
We are not responsible for any additional costs such as duties, brokerage fees or taxes for international orders.
Please also allow a little additional time for an international package to clear Customs.

Shipping Prices

1-4 packets $2.50 in Canada.   No Tracking.  4-7 days.  Regional Xresspost Tracked.  $10.50  National Expresspost tracked.  $17. (up to 500 Grams for Xpresspost envelopes)
1-4 packets $4 USA.  No Tracking.  4-10 days.  Expresspost USA tracked. $24.
1-4 packets $7.50 International.  No Tracking.  4-10 days.  Xpresspost International $60.
1 Book:  Canada $4, USA $8, International  $16.00

Parcels
Canada:  Packages start at $8.50 and are priced by weight and size.
USA:  There are small packet air options starting at $4 for up to 250grams and then go up from there.
International:  Prices start at $7 for up to 250grams & go up from there.

E-packets will be emailed to you within 24 hours of ordering

Damaged Orders

Orders are packed carefully to prevent damage as we know that sometimes it is a long journey from our house to yours.  Occasionally items are damaged.  Please carefully open your order, keep your original packaging and contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible. (Most likely Canadapost.ca)  Damage is not our responsibility, as title passes to you once it is accepted by the shipper.  Please contact us though as we will try to help resolve the issue.     

Lost Orders

Occasionally orders do get lost in transit.  After waiting the appropriate amount of time (please see shipping times above) and you suspect your package is lost, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.  Please carefully choose the books and patterns so as to not duplicate any items in your collection.  There are no returns or exchanges due to the copyright of the material.
Please go through your order upon receiving it.  If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve the problem.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel an order or refuse service to anyone for any reason.
We reserve the right to make any changes to any policies or this site at any time.
