1.  What ordering options are available?

a.  You can order online using our shopping cart system. Be sure to include your phone number in case we need to contact you. Orders will be sent out in 2-14 days of ordering.

b. You can order by phone or fax at (306) 955-3444.

2.  What taxes will I be charged?
Answer
-GST (5%) will be added to the total of All Canadian orders.
-Saskatchewan residents will have Provincial Sales Tax added to their orders (no PST on packets/books).
-No taxes will be added to US or international orders.

3.  What are your shipping rates?
Answer
-Pattern packs $3.00/per every 1-4 packs
-Books Canada: $3.00 per book
-Books United States: $6.00 per book
-Parcels are sent Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service
-Parcel rates range from $8.50 and up

4.  What type of credit cards do you accept?
Answer
We accept Visa, MasterCard, & American Express 

5.  I'm placing an order from a country other than Canada. What currency will my order by charged in?
Answer
-All prices and credit card charges are in Canadian (CDN) curreny
-The current exchange rate will occur at the border and show up on your credit card statement

6.  When can I expect to receive my order?

Answer 

Within Canada can be from 1day-7days.  US Destinations can be from 3-14days.

International destinations can be up to 12 weeks unless you note that you want a faster more expensive delivery option.  Holly will email you with prices before charging.
